This wellness retreat creates a safe space for guided and self-driven practices using daily activities such as breathing, talking, listening, eating, walking, praying, working, and playing to skillfully live mindfully. You will be accompanied by a coach and kindred spirits for the entire travel and wellness experience.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

This wellness retreat features coach-guided discussions, learning-by-doing, and spot coaching where you will learn practical self-help tools that you can use easily for years ahead. Digital workbooks and journals will be provided. Meaningful conversations with your companions will allow you to hear diverse perspectives, expand your view, and elevate self-awareness. All these learning moments will contribute to your own reflection of how mind full or mindful you are in approaching your work-life or simple daily routines.
